Aluminum Servo Relocation / Front Bumper Mount for Redcat GEN8
Precision CNC 6061 Aluminum Alloy version is now available!
This is a Servo Relocation Mount to correct the steering geometry.
By centering the servo in the ideal location between the frame rail, panhard link ( track bar ) will parallel to the drag link. It will "totally eliminate" the bump steer, hence greatly reduce body roll while steering.
It will work with the stock steering links but you'll have to mount the drag link from the servo horn to the knuckle end of the tie rod, instead of the original stock position.

Gen8 servo relocation
Great peice other than it had to be modified to clear the motor and there was no mention of the steering link being to long after the installation and no mention of needing bent rod ends for the steering link

gen8 servo relocation mount
Hello, Club5 racing team. This is a good product. I would like to see the needed longer screw for the wheel end of the servo drag link included in this kit. I have given a 4 star rating for not putting in the screw, it gets 5 stars with the needed screw. Some type of instructions might be handy like even a stick drawing of how it fits and where the different screws go lol.

I really Like the new mount it works well. But you will need long screw and nylock nut for the servo link end to complete this installation.
I would suggest putting the info about moving the servo link end more forward in the description or putting it in bold. Also include a long screw and nut for relocation of the link end so People have what is needed for completion of the job. I had to go out and buy a screw for the link end, not the end of the world but frustrating and inconvenient.

Gen8 servo relocation mount
not a direct bolt on pie e at least in my case. I had to notch it for a motor wire. But after messing with it it does do what it says. I did use the club 5 steering link set also.

Works and fits great and it also looks very nice piece of engineering. Took out the bump steer that this truck encounters when you install the husky links. 5 stars all day.
