Induction lighting kit for Redcat GEN8 ( 6V. Waterproof )
Design specifically for Redcat GEN8, the lights go on when you put on the body and go off when you remove the body
Simplicity is the ultimate goal when we design this lighting kit! Whether you're a newbie or an experience veteran, you can install this lighting kit with ease.
Simply secure all the leds on your body, mount the sensor on the body post that come with the GEN8 and line up the other one on the body with double sided tape ( not included ). When everything is set, just plug into your open channel on the receiver for a 6V power and you're good to go. When you don't need the lights during the day, simply unplug it from the receiver and you're all set.

Secure the LEDs onto your body, mount the sensors on the provided body posts for the GEN8, and align the other sensor on the body using double-sided tape (not included). Once everything is in place, plug the kit into an open channel on the receiver for 6V power, and you're ready to hit the trails with enhanced visibility.
For added convenience, when you don't need the lights during the day, simply unplug the kit from the receiver. The package includes servo extensions, LED strings in cold white and red, sensors for both chassis and body, the main circuit, and R clips—everything you need for a seamless lighting upgrade.

Induction Lighting Kit
This kit works great! Fairly simple install and looks great on my Gen8 V2. I love that I don’t have to fiddle with a plug every time I take the body on and off. The only drawbacks are that it doesn’t support reverse or brake lights (which I’m fine with, but just passing along that info) and that it’s a little tricky lining up the sensors. Outside of that it’s pretty sweet. Would definitely recommend.

Simply amazing
I got this because I was afraid of ruining the connections to my light kit. The install is easy. The directions show you how to install the kit on the rear body posts but I managed to make it work on the front body posts and also connected my roof rack lights without any issues. Highly recommend this kit for anyone who doesn’t want to keep disconnecting the lights every time you take the body off.
