Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Club 5 Racing.
We aim to provide you with quality products and service at all times. However, if you have purchased an item from Club 5 Racing and believe it to be faulty, please reach out and we'll correct the error as soon as possible. We will also provide you a shipping label to ship the faulty item back and send the corrected one to you free of charge.
If you're not entirely satisfied with your product, we're here to help.
- For most new, unopened items, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding original shipping costs). After the 30 day period, you may only receive store credit. Note: packages must be returned in original packaging and please provide a tracking number to ensure confirmation of delivery.
- If packages are opened and show no visible signs of use, you may request for a refund within two weeks of delivery. Request approval is based on provided pictures showing no signs of use. Return label not provided and refund excludes original shipping costs. After the two week period, you may only request for a refund via store credit. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of returning your package. However, in many cases you will receive a refund much quicker. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
